It is our goal to create one of the best herds in the whole state of Texas. We are currently investing heavily in super high quality breeding does to insure superior stock. I think we have made a good start.

Hi, my name is Tonia Bell. I am a mother and nurse, who a few years ago in order to fill my remaining free time, decided to raise boer goats. My mother, Trish, is my partner in this hobby-turned business. She keeps the books and tries to keep me organized. My husband’s name is Dan, he works for me part time as a laborer. I have four kids (Seth, Katie, Madison, and Reagan) who love to feed and play with the goats.

I wanted my children to become involved in showing animals for 4H and FFA. Mom and I built a few pens and bought a few show goats from a friend of ours. After the first babies arrived, I was hooked. We had nice goats but not great goats. We decided that we didn’t just want to be someone that had goats, we wanted to be known for having great boer show goats. We educated ourselves in animal care and what it takes to breed exceptional stock.

After a lot of trial and error and along with some plain old luck; we have the start of a great herd. It continues to evolve as we develop the qualities we are looking for. We value well proportioned, solid, pretty boers.
